SUMUS presented Terra | Aqua | Sole , a day to reimagine the food supply chain in and around Venice, on Sunday September 11, 2022 at the Royal Gardens, Giardini Reali, Piazza San Marco.
We spent a day there together getting to know each other and reimagining the food supply chain in the Venice area. By bringing together the protagonists who are already acting in a regenerative perspective at the local level, we have been able to create a driving and proactive force capable of launching a concrete, shared and participatory project to regenerate the Venetian food ecosystem .

The day began with a coffee at 9.30 am and continued at 10 am with an open dialogue on food.
Everyone was able to join the conversation, talk about their projects, their dreams and their needs.
The conversations resumed after a lunch break around 2 p.m.: during this session, author, naturopath and visionary France Guillain joined the conversation remotely to address specific issues of common interest.
The day ended around 4:00 p.m., with time to set goals and next steps to achieve them.
