SUMUS presented Terra | Acqua | Sole , a day to reimagine the food supply chain in Venice and its surroundings, on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at the Royal Gardens, Giardini Reali, Piazza San Marco.
We spent a day together getting to know each other and reimagining the food supply chain in the Venice region. By bringing together the key players already working towards regeneration at the local level, we were able to create a proactive driving force capable of launching a concrete, shared, and participatory project to regenerate the Venetian food ecosystem .

The day began with coffee at 9:30 a.m. and continued at 10:00 a.m. with an open dialogue about food.
Everyone was welcome to join the conversation, share their projects, dreams, and needs.
The conversations resumed after a lunch break around 2:00 p.m. During this session, author, naturopath, and visionary France Guillain joined the conversation remotely to address specific questions of common interest.
The day concluded around 4:00 p.m. with a time to establish goals and the next steps to achieve them.
