A journey between soil, biodiversity and viticulture, looking towards the future.
At 6:00 p.m. on June 18, we will meet Adriano Zago and Raphael Colicci for a dialogue between experiences and regenerative visions: from the "vine-garden" to the biodynamic approach, to the rediscovery of forgotten varieties and agricultural practices capable of restoring vitality to the land.
Adriano Zago
An agronomist, oenologist, and ICF coach, he is an international professional with over 20 years of experience in biodynamic agriculture, working as a consultant, trainer, and outreach specialist. At his Podere Mastrilli estate near Florence, he is developing the concept of the "vineyard-garden," a complex ecosystem designed to enhance the quality of agricultural and wine production.
Raphael Colicci
As a farmer and activist, he is working in France to safeguard rare varieties, promoting agriculture rich in biodiversity and nutritional value.
🍴At 8:00 pm, a special dinner accompanied by wines from estates applying the biodynamic agricultural method and monitored by Adriano Zago: a sensory experience to savor what is born from an authentic relationship with the land.
