4th Forum of Unlimited Possibility

Awaken consciousness, cultivate health, and find joy

We are living in a time of profound transformation. The ecological, social, health, and existential crises are not isolated events, but signs of an evolutionary shift that concerns all of humanity. Today, one thing is becoming increasingly clear: we must return to within acceptable planetary boundaries. We must take care of the planet, and this cannot be done without a transformation of human consciousness.

This year's forum theme stems from a clear vision: humankind is interconnected with other living beings, with the Earth, and with the universe. We are part of an interconnected system of which we are not always aware, in which every intention, every thought, every choice has consequences. Offering a desirable future to ourselves and future generations requires restoring balance, responsibility, and harmony with each other and, more broadly, with all living things.

For three days of debate in Venice, in the heart of St. Mark's Square, SUMus opens a space for encounters between visions, knowledge, and experiences. A moment where science engages in dialogue with lived experience, where research meets spiritual questions, and where the human being is considered in its entirety: body, mind, and consciousness. Three inspiring and closely linked days constitute a journey of reflection to better understand, question, and evolve our relationship with the living world.

This reflective journey comprises three inspiring and closely linked days:

Day 1: Awakening Consciousness

It is about broadening our perspective beyond the usual limits and questioning what we believe to be real. Exploring states of consciousness capable of transforming our way of being in the world. From the experiences of astronauts and people from all walks of life to scientific research, and including spiritual traditions that have always spoken of unity, evolution, and cosmic responsibility, a single idea emerges: isn't consciousness the true field of transformation?

Day 2: Cultivating Health

Health is not simply the absence of disease; it is a multifactorial outcome: it encompasses how we breathe, eat, move, inhabit our surroundings, and maintain healthy relationships with ourselves, others, and nature in general. From the human body to ecosystems, everything is interconnected. Caring for life means recognizing this invisible network and acting accordingly, developing an integral ecology that unites individual well-being and collective responsibility.

 Day 3: Finding Joy

Joy is a state of being, a vital energy, a presence in the world. It is simultaneously meaning, creative impulse, and the capacity to love. It manifests in our relationships with others and with our surroundings. In this sense, joy is not exaltation, but a generative force: a state that nourishes, inspires, and spreads. It is from this quality of being that real, profoundly human, and truly shared change can emerge.

This year, for the first time, coinciding with the great Venetian festival of Salute on November 21st, and directly linked to the forum, SUMus is offering a program of workshops dedicated to health and well-being. In collaboration with Venetian partners, a series of workshops is open to all those who wish to cultivate their health and deepen their understanding of well-being.
