“Art and philosophy” in Venetian schools

Educating children in critical thinking

Thursday, April 26, 2026: 10:00 AM – The Human Safety Net

In a contemporary context marked by rapid change and uncertainty, it is becoming increasingly essential to provide new generations with the tools to understand the world and navigate it consciously. Educating children in critical thinking, listening, and creativity is not only an opportunity, but a necessity.

This project involved 230 children, 13 classes, and 7 schools, engaged in an educational program structured around workshops in philosophical dialogue and artistic practice. The children were thus able to develop their ability to ask questions, express themselves freely, and exchange ideas with others in an open and respectful manner.

On March 26, 2026, all the schools met in Venice to present the projects carried out in class, in a moment of sharing and feedback.
