Aquamour Venezia 2025 festival
The Aquaamour Venezia Festival 2025
This unique 5-day festival, from March 21st to 25th, celebrates the two historical pillars of Venice, water and the heart. It took place on symbolic dates: March 21st, the day of spring and therefore of renewal, March 22nd, International Water Day, and March 25th, the anniversary of Venice. This festival is multidisciplinary (artistic, educational, scientific and economic), it is aimed at all audiences and is spread throughout the city of Venice. Indeed, the success of this festival rests on the spirit of collaboration, co-creation and cooperation between different institutions, associations and foundations (more than 70 collaborators) so that everyone contributes and is an active part of this movement of Joy.
The Aquamour Venezia Festival follows last November's Forum of Possibilities (2024) on water intelligence, and includes the international medium-long term project of Venice Aqua Valley, a new economic hub around water in Venice.

All about Espace Leonard'H2O:
This space hosted around ten disruptive bio-inspired startups. It was an opportunity for them to come together, consolidate a network related to aquatic biomimicry, and share their innovative research. They had the opportunity to meet Gunter Pauli, the founder of the Blue Economy and patron of the Leonard'H2O Space.
All about the AquaPavillon space:
This place was dedicated entirely to scientific research related to sea water and its benefits, as well as to fresh water and its therapeutic virtues. Two days of demonstrations and conferences to raise public awareness about the use of these two waters with a team of scientists composed of Laureano Dominguez, Cindy Ballesteros, Emmanuel Carrière, Coco Tache and Renaud Ruhlmann. These days were followed by two training courses offered to farmers and chefs of the Veneto Region, in collaboration with Coldiretti:
1. training in plant-based and raw cooking with Naturawchef Marie Sophie L.;
2. training in sea water and fresh water thanks to the knowledge and discoveries of scientists Laureano Dominguez, Cindy Ballesteros and Renaud Ruhlmann.
