Aquamour Venezia 2025 festival

The Aquaamour Venezia Festival 2025

This unique 5-day festival, from March 21st to 25th, celebrates the two historical pillars of Venice: water and the heart. It takes place on symbolic dates: March 21st, the first day of spring and therefore of renewal; March 22nd, International Water Day; and March 25th, Venice's anniversary. This multidisciplinary festival (artistic, educational, scientific, and economic) is open to all audiences and takes place throughout the city of Venice. Indeed, the festival's success rests on the spirit of collaboration, co-creation, and cooperation between various institutions, associations, and foundations (more than 70 partners), ensuring that everyone contributes and actively participates in this movement of joy.

The Aquamur Venezia Festival follows the Forum of Possibilities of last November (2024) on the intelligence of water, and carries within it the medium long term international project of Venice Aqua Valley, a new economic lung around water in Venice.

Everything about the Leonard'H2O Space:

This space hosted around ten disruptive, bio-inspired startups. It was an opportunity for them to come together, strengthen their network in the field of aquatic biomimicry, and share their innovative research. They also had the chance to meet Gunter Pauli, the founder of the Blue Economy and sponsor of the Leonard'H2O Space.

Everything about the AquaPavilion area:

This space was entirely dedicated to scientific research related to seawater and its benefits, as well as freshwater and its therapeutic properties. Two days of demonstrations and conferences aimed to raise public awareness about the uses of these two types of water, presented by a team of scientists including Laureano Dominguez, Cindy Ballesteros, Emmanuel Carrière, Coco Tache, and Renaud Ruhlmann. These events were followed by two training sessions offered to farmers and chefs in the Veneto region, in collaboration with Coldiretti

1. Training in plant-based and raw cuisine with Naturawchef Marie Sophie L.;

2. Formation of seawater and freshwater through the knowledge and discoveries of scientists Laureano Dominguez, Cindy Ballesteros and Renaud Ruhlmann.
