The Circle of Small Lights
January 2023: the Circle of Small Lights in the Procuratie Vecchie
Since January 1, 2023, a circle of Little Lights has opened its doors in the Human Café within the Human Safety Net in the Procuracies Vecchie in Venice on Saint Mark's Square.
Registrations are still open for these educational workshops for young philosophers !
In an increasingly virtual world, these workshops aim to familiarize children and adolescents with the wisdom of life, through reflection, dialogue and artistic practices... all in a fun way!
“Les Petites Lumières” laboratories encourage children to listen, empathy, collaboration, respect and tolerance, through exchanges aimed at developing critical thinking, the ability to argue, the autonomy of thinking, self-confidence and self-awareness.
With regular practice, this is reflected in children by greater maturity, greater ability to listen and greater serenity.
The workshops are led by an educator certified “ Les Petites Lumières ” (*). At the end of the workshop, a snack is served to the children. Parents can visit the exhibits of the Human Safety Net free of charge while their children participate in the workshop.

For the world of tomorrow to be a more caring, more collaborative, more inclusive and more joyful world, the education of our children is key. “ The Little Lights ” intend to participate in it.
