January 2023: The Circle of Little Lights in the Procuraties Vecchie
Since January 1, 2023, a circle of Little Lights has opened its doors in the Human Café within the Human Safety Net in the Procuracies Vecchie in Venice on St. Mark's Square.
Registration is still open for these educational workshops for young philosophers !
In an increasingly virtual world, these workshops aim to familiarize children and teenagers with the wisdom of life, through reflection, dialogue and artistic practices… all in a fun way!
“Les petites Lumières” laboratories encourage children to listen, empathize, collaborate, respect and tolerance, through exchanges aimed at developing critical thinking, argumentation skills, independent thinking, self-confidence and self-awareness.
With regular practice, this translates in children into greater maturity, greater listening skills and greater serenity.
The workshops are led by a certified " Les Petites Lumières " educator (*). At the end of the workshop, a snack is served to the children. Parents can visit the Human Safety Net exhibitions free of charge while their children participate in the workshop.

For the world of tomorrow to be a more caring, collaborative, inclusive, and joyful place, the education of our children is key. " Les Petites Lumières " intends to play a part in this.
