On the occasion of the reopening of the Forge of the Future, we invited some fifty Venetian women from different backgrounds to a convivial aperitif in order to present to them a preview of our project 1000 Donne di Venezia & Women of the World (WOW) in the presence by the artist Pierre Maraval recognized for his many viral works and for his commitment to defending the cause of women, we presented the general theme “We care, We dare” which supports this artistic project. It is about creating a wave of sisterhood between Venetian women ready to get involved for a better future for their city and then extending this wave of sisterhood to all women in the world to heal humanity and heal the planet. .

The portraits of the women who will compose the fresco of the 1000 gives di Venezia will be made by the artist himself in the photo studio which is located in the square an Giacomo da l'Orio at the address S. Croce 1492, Campo son Giacomo da l'orio, 30135 Venezia, between May 15 and July 30, 2023. The women will co-opt themselves, the only selection criteria are living in Venice, on the Venetian islands or on land firm, and to want to contribute to a positive momentum of renewal !

The inauguration will take place on November 20, 2023, International Children's Rights Day. The event will be held from 6 p.m. on Campo San Lorenzo with the collaboration of our partner Ocean Space , which provides us with its venue. The exhibition will be held from November 20, 2023 to January 10, 2024, admission will be free for all.
