Module 1: Introduction to the small light method. The first module is an invitation to explore the world of philosophical practice through a little theory on the different methods that have existed throughout history, as well as put into practice of the small light method.
Module 2 : In the second module, we go beyond abstract thought, by connecting the body and the mind in a journey combining philosophy and art. Philosophy becomes a sensory and artistic experience, where the body is the starting point for exploring deep concepts. Participants have the opportunity to attend a philosophy snack guided by Chiara Pastorini in order to observe how a little light workshop takes place with children.
Module 3 : Deepening of practice, participants share their experiences, and learn to develop educational sheets that can be useful in daily practice. It is a moment of collective discussion and growth, to strengthen skills and continue to improve.
What are small lights for?
Arts and philosophy circles allow children to express their emotions, their sensations, their points of view and to encourage listening to each other. This method has demonstrated new advantages promoting greater behavioral maturity in children, as well as better speaking and critical expression and allowing for better living together.
