Brigitte Moreau Serre, artist, sculptor, visual artist.

Born in Nantes, she lives and works in Paris. In 1986, she entered the studio of painter Edouard Mac Avoy, then joined the studio of Gérard Le Cloarec. According to art critic André Parinaud: "Her painting is imbued with a mystique of energy and hope. The artist's love for human splendor shines through in her figures, which stand out against incandescent backgrounds and remind the viewer of the essential values ​​of humanity.".

Brigitte Moreau Serre explores the meaning of life, a fundamental theme in our societies, focusing on humanity and its extraordinary capacity for evolution. ARTISTIC COLLABORATION

Brigitte Moreau Serre's exhibition illustrates the philosophical journey and construction of her work as a painter-sculptor with an incursion into digital technology, culminating in contemplative immersion.

curation of Expansion of Consciousness was inspired by its philosophical depth, its idealism of wanting through art " to help humanity evolve towards a benevolent consciousness of the cosmos, of nature and of human beings ", in perfect osmosis with the project that Sumus carries.

Curated by Rachel Seddoh, whose creative practice explores interdisciplinarity, the exhibition focused on the transposition of artworks with the participation of Judith Guez, a digital art curator. The research-creation dynamic underpinning the artistic direction centered on the experience of space through the viewer's free movement, allowing them to develop their own perception of the works, in line with recent work in cognitive science on the bodily origins of our own consciousness.

The result is a variation in visual sounds and sound images on the paintings, drawings and sculpture of Brigitte Moreau Serre. A range of perceptual tools are activated: augmented reality, immersive sound, rhythmic universe, 3D animation, holographic system, fractal video, variation of light to create a physical space .

The proposed digital craft device carries the transformative movement of art " We are only present to a work of art in order to be transformed according to it. " according to Henry Maldiney, Sketch of a Phenomenology of Art .
