Brigitte Moreau Serre, artist, sculptor, visual artist.

Born in Nantes, lives and works in Paris, enters in 1986 in the studio of the painter Edouard Mac Avoy, then she joins the studio of Gérard Le Cloarec. ARTISTIC COLLABORATION

Brigitte Moreau Serre's exhibition illustrates the philosophical journey and the construction of her work as a painter-sculptor with an incursion into the digital, up to contemplative immersion.

The curation of Expansion of Consciousness by Brigitte Moreau Serre was inspired by her philosophical depth, her idealism of wanting through art to “ help humanity evolve towards a benevolent awareness of the cosmos, nature and human beings ”, in perfect harmony with the project that Sumus is carrying out.

Orchestrated by Rachel Seddoh, who questions inter-discipline in her creative practice, the curation focused on the transposition of the works with the participation of Judith Guez, artist curator in digital art. The creative research dynamic that underpins the artistic direction has focused on the feeling of the space through the free wandering of the spectator who will live his own perception of the works, in line with recent work in cognitive science on the bodily origin of our own consciousness.

The result is a variation in visual sound and sound images on the paintings, drawings and sculptures of Brigitte Moreau Serre. A range of perceptual tools are activated: augmented reality, immersive sound, rhythmic universe, 3D animation, holographic system, fractal video, variation of light to install a face-to-face space .
