In the presence of Fabio Moretti , President of the Venice Conservatory of Music, and Frédéric Morel , husband of the artist Val who died 7 years ago, we invited Venetians to discover the inner path that the artist offers to move from chaos to wisdom .

The inauguration began with the listening of a piece of chaotic music to end with a harmonious melody, before Fabio Moretti took the floor to explain the pleasure he had in welcoming such a meaningful sculpture within the music conservatory which is a place, par excellence, of harmony.
Frédéric Morel explained the meaning of each piece that makes up the sculpture and testified how much this sculpture had helped him personally in his own inner journey, inviting each person who will visit the music conservatory to also use it to grow in consciousness .
Hélène Molinari then expressed her great joy that Val's sculpture remained in Venice after being exhibited at the Forge du Futur during the 2022 Biennale and found a sublime setting particularly suited to the music conservatory. This work represents the materiality of the purpose of SUMus and the ambitions we have for Venice and for the world. Indeed, this visionary sculptural work is the key to a better world ; As Einstein said, “ You cannot solve a problem with the same way of thinking that generated the problem ”. Our behaviors are based on our values ​​which, themselves, are based on our inner beliefs established in particular by our education, by current society and by the media.

Since all of the global challenges that we face, calling into question the survival of humanity in the medium term, are linked to our human behavior, it is crucial that each of us ask ourselves existential questions and undertake personal work. to restore coherence to his choices, his behavior, his life.

The 7-part sculpture, accompanied by the questionnaire that frames it, will help all those who wish to situate themselves on this scale of personal development and progress towards greater wisdom, serenity and joy !
