Hélène Molinari, founder of SUMus

Hélène Molinari is an engineer by training and joined the Axa Group. She participated in the creation of the asset management subsidiary, Axa Asset Managers. She then became its Marketing and E-business Director before joining the Executive Committee as Global Brand and Communications Director. She joined Laurence Parisot at the MEDEF (French Business Confederation) as Deputy Managing Director and a member of the Executive Council. In 2012, she became a founding member of the Women of Influence Award. In 2013, she joined several boards of directors and was also a founding member of Asia Now, a contemporary Asian art fair. She is involved in numerous associations, including "Nos Quartiers ont des talents" (Our Neighborhoods Have Talent), "Entreprendre pour Apprendre" (Entrepreneurship for Learning), and "Tout le monde chante contre le cancer" (Everyone Sings Against Cancer). In May 2020, she founded SUMus and became its president.

In September 2022, Sumus's governance was strengthened by the creation of a "Committee of Wise Men" composed of internationally recognized figures in their fields of expertise, who will support Sumus in its strategy to develop a new paradigm in harmony with life in Venice

It consists of the following personalities:

• Ervin Laszlo, founding president of the Budapest club – honorary president of the SUMus committee of elders
• Nicolas Hazard , founding president of the management company INCO, a pioneer in impact funds, who recently submitted a report to the European Commission on how to develop a new, more inclusive and sustainable economy in Europe.
• Laura Guliano , research director at the Oceanographic Centre of Monaco, specializing in marine biomimicry.
• Sébastien Lilli , co-founder and director of INRESTV and INEXPLORÉ magazine, who, for more than 7 years, has been producing exciting and original reports with his team on ancestral wisdom, alternative medicines, neuroscience, quantum physics, unexplained phenomena at the frontier of science and consciousness.
• Bénédicte Manier , journalist and author of books concerning societal changes, specialist in citizen initiatives.
• Alexandra Mitsotaki , president of the "World Human Forum" and member of the steering committee of the New European Bauhaus, aims to develop a new European civilization through pilot cities.
• Sneška Quaedvlieg – Mihailović , Secretary General of Europa Nostra, a European association dedicated to the promotion of European cultural heritage.
• Roger Serre , founding president of the international educational group IGS, whose motto has always been to develop human potential.
• Umberto Vattani , president of the International University of San Servolo, who for 25 years has been working on global issues with students from 4 continents in connection with 20 universities around the world and their research centers.
